Christian Education Services (CES) is an organization that provides business model transformation consulting for mission-driven institutions. We link our clients with an industry-leading shared services supporting organization serving a growing group of partner institutions with a combined operating revenue of over $1 billion.
We help our partner institutions identify their most pressing institutional needs, then create and implement sustainable pathways to institutional strength by leveraging the efficiencies and strengths of shared personnel and systems.
Rather than assembling a collection of stand-alone vendor contracts, we work with our partners to create a comprehensive integrated growth plan focusing especially on these key areas:
In our experience, institutional transformation requires strong missional alignment between an institution’s board, administration, and faculty, coupled with deep and lasting commitment to institutional change.
Assisting our partners through this process of alignment and transformation is one of our most rewarding tasks.
Our goal is to help our partners move through a three-step process.
(1) stabilizing their financial and institutional health,
(2) implementing a sustainable transformation plan, and
(3) reversing their prosperity gap.
We expect to see our partners balance their operating budgets and produce a minimum annual financial margin of 5% when they aggressively implement industry-best shared systems and processes, prioritize operating efficiency, and deploy market-responsive programming.
